One crew is out today and Friday reconstructing Boulevard Extension. 50th
Court SE and the old Blvd Ext. road had been cut up and patched a few times
before this project, so to ensure a good product and proper matching the
asphalt was cut further back than originally planned. When weather permits the
area will be re-paved.
Crews will also be out installing light poles on the East end of the
project, so make sure to drive carefully until the light comes on in those
areas.
The good news came with the bad weather! The snow, rain and debris blown
wind put the Yelm Highway drainage system to the test....and it passed with
flying colors!
